Classes are suitable for people interested in fitness, self defence and/or tournament training. The schedule of Friday classes is as follows:

Children aged 6 to 8 years (€4.50 per class) 6:15pm

Children aged 9 and above (€4.50 per class) 7pm

Adults (€6 per class) 8pm
